Reference-conditioned generation
Your uploaded image is passed to the model as a visual reference, so the result keeps your face and composition instead of inventing a stranger.
Six tested presets
Cinematic, Bold, Minimal, 3D Render, Anime, and Neon Glow. Each preset is a prompt template you can inspect before spending a credit.
Native 16:9 canvas
Images are rendered directly at 16:9 aspect ratio, matching YouTube's recommended thumbnail dimensions. No cropping step.
Custom prompt injection
Append specific modifiers to any preset (like lighting, props, or background details) without breaking the style scaffold.
Credit ledger with automatic refund
Every generation costs exactly one credit. If the upstream model returns an error, the credit is immediately returned to your balance.
Gallery history
Your generated thumbnails stay listed in your dashboard, along with the prompt and style used for each one.
What Thumbly does not do
Thumbly is not a full design suite. It does not edit video, schedule uploads, or manage your YouTube channel. It takes one image and restyles it into a cover.
