Draft terms for the private beta. You own everything you upload and every thumbnail we generate for you; generated images are licensed to you for unlimited commercial use. ThumbForge is provided “as is” during beta — credits are non-transferable, unused packs are refundable within 14 days. Full legal text is finalized at public launch.
